A refreshing and healthy wrap filled with grilled chicken and a crunchy Asian slaw, perfect for summer meals.
Ingredients

- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place sliced grilled chicken in the center.
- Add a generous amount of the Asian slaw on top of the chicken.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or radishes for extra crunch.
- This wrap can be made ahead of time; just keep the slaw and chicken separate until ready to serve.
- For a spicier kick, add some sriracha or chili flakes to the slaw dressing.
