Description

A refreshing and healthy wrap filled with grilled chicken and a crunchy Asian slaw, perfect for summer meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and place sliced grilled chicken in the center.
  5. Add a generous amount of the Asian slaw on top of the chicken.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or radishes for extra crunch.
  • This wrap can be made ahead of time; just keep the slaw and chicken separate until ready to serve.
  • For a spicier kick, add some sriracha or chili flakes to the slaw dressing.
