Description

Delicious baked Italian sub sandwiches filled with savory meats, cheeses, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick meal or party.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 8 ounces of salami
  • 8 ounces of ham
  • 8 ounces of pepperoni
  • 8 ounces of provolone cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
  4. Add the shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and black olives on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the toppings.
  6. Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread.
  7. Brush the top of the sandwich with olive oil.
  8. Wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
