Delicious and creamy banana pudding truffles perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
