- 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 15 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Fold in the mixed berries gently to avoid breaking them.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking sheet and add sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate again until the chocolate is set.
