- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo wing sauce until fully coated.
- Brush each flatbread with melted butter.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and blue cheese crumbles over the chicken.
- Add the red onion slices and chopped celery.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
