Description

A delicious and spicy buffalo chicken flatbread pizza topped with cheese and fresh vegetables, perfect for gatherings or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 flatbread or naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo wing sauce until fully coated.
  3. Brush each flatbread with melted butter.
  4. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  5. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the flatbreads.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella and blue cheese crumbles over the chicken.
  7. Add the red onion slices and chopped celery.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Garnish with parsley if desired.
  12. Slice and serve warm.
