- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Extra crushed candy canes for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the crushed candy canes.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until crumbly.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of each jar.
- Top with the cheesecake mixture, then add another layer of graham cracker crumbs.
- Finish with a layer of cheesecake and garnish with extra crushed candy canes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense peppermint flavor, add a few drops of peppermint extract to the cheesecake mixture.
