Description

Caramel Pecan Truffle Bites are delightful treats that combine rich caramel, crunchy pecans, and smooth chocolate for a perfect indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the caramel candies with heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
