- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the caramel candies with heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Allow the caramel mixture to cool slightly, then fold in the chopped pecans.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-coated truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm, then serve and enjoy!
