Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
