Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the grated carrots, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
