Delicious sliders filled with breaded chicken, marinara sauce, and melted cheese, perfect for any gathering.

- 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or dinner rolls)
- 1 lb cooked breaded chicken tenders (cut to fit rolls)
- 1 ½ cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried parsley
- Optional toppings: red pepper flakes, fresh basil, extra Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line your baking dish with parchment paper.
- Slice the rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce over the rolls.
- Evenly arrange the breaded chicken on top of the marinara.
- Sprinkle the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken, followed by mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the top halves of the slider rolls over the cheese, and brush the melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning over them.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until golden-brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm with extra marinara.
Notes
For make-ahead tips, prepare the sliders up to the baking step and refrigerate for up to a day. Try customizing proteins or adding veggies for extra flavor.
