Description

A heartwarming Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole with Ham enveloped in creamy goodness, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the frozen hashbrowns, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
