- 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the frozen hashbrowns, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
