Description

A comforting and delicious chicken noodle casserole that is perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
