Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in chopped almonds to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate again for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These truffles can be made ahead of time and stored for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute the almond flour with other nut flours if desired.
