Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  2. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in chopped almonds to coat.
  6. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate again for at least 1 hour before serving.
