Instructions
- Toast the hazelnuts in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.

- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
