A delightful and festive mini pie made with layers of colorful jello, perfect for Christmas celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 package (3 oz) of cherry jello
- 1 package (3 oz) of lime jello
- 1 package (3 oz) of blue raspberry jello
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 cup of whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins to form the crust.
- Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve each jello flavor in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water to each.
- Pour the first layer of jello into the cooled crusts and refrigerate until set.
- Repeat the process with the remaining jello flavors, layering them one at a time and allowing each layer to set before adding the next.
- Once all layers are set, top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any jello flavors you prefer.
- Make sure to let each layer set completely before adding the next to avoid mixing.
- These mini pies can be made a day in advance for convenience.
