Description

A delightful and festive mini pie made with layers of colorful jello, perfect for Christmas celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 package (3 oz) of cherry jello
  • 1 package (3 oz) of lime jello
  • 1 package (3 oz) of blue raspberry jello
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 cup of whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, dissolve each jello flavor in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water to each.
  6. Pour the first layer of jello into the cooled crusts and refrigerate until set.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining jello flavors, layering them one at a time and allowing each layer to set before adding the next.
  8. Once all layers are set, top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any jello flavors you prefer.
  • Make sure to let each layer set completely before adding the next to avoid mixing.
  • These mini pies can be made a day in advance for convenience.
