Description

A delightful and festive mini pie filled with colorful jello, perfect for Christmas celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 package (3 oz) of flavored jello (any color)
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 cup of whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, dissolve the jello in boiling water, then stir in cold water.
  6. Pour the jello mixture into the cooled crusts and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
  7. Once set, top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use different flavors of jello for variety.
