- 1 bag of pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until combined.
- Pour the butter mixture over the pretzels, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Let the chocolate melt for a few minutes, then spread it evenly over the pretzels.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
