Description

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
  2. Season and Dredge: Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat the Skillet: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until butter froths.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
  5. Create the Sauce: Remove chicken and add chicken broth, white wine (or extra broth), and lemon juice to the skillet, scraping browned bits.
