- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated tortellini
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth and Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
- Add the tortellini and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low, or until the tortellini is cooked.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a lighter version, use low-fat Alfredo sauce and reduced-fat cream.
