Description

A creamy and delicious Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Tortellini dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated tortellini
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth and Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
  6. Add the tortellini, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the crockpot.
  7. Stir well and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
