- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 6 ounces Dark Chocolate (melted)
- 1/2 cup Raspberry Jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by pressing the crushed graham crackers mixed with melted butter firmly into the bottom.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in the cocoa powder.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in sour cream and melted dark chocolate.
- Swirl in raspberry jam into the batter and pour over the crust.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
