- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once firm, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
