Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
