- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, orange juice, and orange zest.
- Pour the cranberry mixture over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
