- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup and mustard.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture in a greased pie dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the beef and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pie is set and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
