- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar, feta, or Parmesan)
- 1 cup vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, onions)

- Olive oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth and frothy. Season with salt and pepper.
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat until melted.
- Add your chosen vegetables to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges start to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden-brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
