- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground beef, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, honey, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Mix extra gochujang and honey in a bowl to create a glaze.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the glaze and serve immediately.
Notes
Meatballs can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated. For gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
