Description

Delightful Korean BBQ meatballs bursting with flavor, featuring a sweet and spicy glaze that elevates any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, honey, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Mix extra gochujang and honey in a bowl to create a glaze.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the glaze and serve immediately.

Notes

Meatballs can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated. For gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
