- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, then let cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill the cooled crusts with the cheesecake mixture.
- Top with diced apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar in the crust.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch.
- These can be made a day in advance for convenience.
