Description

These Mini Chocolate Peppermint Fudge Tartlets are a delightful treat, perfect for the holiday season or any special occasion. They combine rich chocolate with a refreshing peppermint flavor, all in a cute tartlet form.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of mini tartlet pans.
  4. Bake the crusts for 5-7 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and salt over low heat until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled tartlet crusts.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies before serving.
