Description

Mini Chocolate Raspberry Tartlets are delightful bite-sized desserts that combine rich chocolate and fresh raspberries for a perfect treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
  3. Add softened butter and egg yolk, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into mini tartlet pans and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling, then pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
  6. Fill the cooled tartlet shells with the chocolate ganache.
  7. Top with fresh raspberries.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
