- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup eggnog

- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the muffin tins.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger eggnog flavor, increase the amount of eggnog used.
- These bites can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
