Delicious mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls, perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place cheese slices between them.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder.
- Brush the butter mixture on the outside of the rolls.
- Place the rolls in the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to mix different types of cheese for added flavor.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
