Description

Delicious mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls, perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place cheese slices between them.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder.
  4. Brush the butter mixture on the outside of the rolls.
  5. Place the rolls in the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

Notes
