Mini Peppermint Mocha Cheesecake Cups are a delightful dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate, coffee, and peppermint in a creamy cheesecake filling, all served in individual cups for a perfect holiday treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, sour cream, and heavy cream, and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cooled brewed coffee, peppermint extract, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. In serving cups, layer the crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cookie layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peppermint candies.
