- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- Whipped cream for topping
- Crushed peppermint candies for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar, sour cream, and heavy cream, and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the cooled brewed coffee, peppermint extract, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- In serving cups, layer the crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cookie layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peppermint candies.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
