- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Garlic powder and smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Arrange the chicken in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Brush with BBQ sauce evenly across the top of each breast.
- Spoon ranch dressing over each breast.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar liberally over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Add crispy fried onions on top after baking.
- Let the dish rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
