Ingredients
- Chicken thighs or breasts
- Cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the Nashville hot sauce: In a bowl, mix cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and oil until well combined. Fill a pot with oil and heat to 350°F. Once hot, stir a portion of the sauce into the oil.
- Fry the chicken until crispy: Coat chicken pieces in seasoned flour and fry until golden brown. If using an air fryer, lightly spray chicken with oil and cook at 400°F, flipping halfway.
- Toss hot chicken pieces generously in the prepared hot sauce until well-coated.
- Assemble the sliders: Place the spicy fried chicken on slider buns with a scoop of creamy coleslaw on top.
