Description

A delicious and festive no-bake dessert featuring layers of coconut, cream, and festive flavors, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whip until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
  3. Layer the bottom of a dish with graham crackers.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of the coconut mixture on top of the cream.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings.
