Description

Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake gingerbread cheesecake cups that are perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
  • Gingerbread cookie crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. In serving cups, layer the crushed gingerbread cookies and the cheesecake mixture alternately.
  6. Top with additional gingerbread cookie crumbs for garnish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
