Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly.
  4. In serving cups, layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom.
  5. Top with the pumpkin mixture, filling each cup to the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped pecans if desired before serving.

Notes
