A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake salted caramel pie that is perfect for any occasion.

- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the salted caramel sauce into the mixture and fold gently.
- Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle with sea salt.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade salted caramel sauce.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- This pie can be made a day in advance.
