Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake salted caramel pie that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour half of the salted caramel sauce into the mixture and fold gently.
  6. Spread the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  7. Drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with sea salt.

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade salted caramel sauce.
