A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake dessert that combines layers of creamy filling, chocolate, caramel, and crunchy pecans, resembling a turtle candy.

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and pecans over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of graham crackers on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure to let the dessert chill for the recommended time for the best texture.
- Can be topped with additional caramel and chocolate sauce before serving.
