- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, water, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown the pork chops.
