Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, water, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
