Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the pork chops on both sides.
  3. In a large casserole dish, combine rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, and mixed vegetables.
  4. Place the browned pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
