Deliciously creamy raspberry white chocolate fudge squares that are perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a stronger raspberry flavor, add more raspberries.
- Can be made ahead of time for parties or gatherings.
