A delicious and easy recipe combining sausage and sweet potatoes with a flavorful honey garlic sauce.

- 1 lb sausage
- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- While the sweet potatoes are roasting, cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and minced garlic.
- Once the sweet potatoes are done, add the sausage to the baking sheet and drizzle the honey garlic sauce over everything.
- Toss to combine and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
