Description

A delightful blend of vanilla ice cream and invigorating mint, this creamy Shamrock Shake is perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations or any time you need a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure mint extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon mint green food coloring
  • 10 Oreos (crushed)
  • Whipped cream
  • Green sanding sugar
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Add 6 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of half and half, 3/4 teaspoon of pure mint extract, and 1/8 teaspoon of mint green food coloring to a large blender.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Pour this minty delight into chilled serving glasses.
  4. Top each shake with whipped cream, and sprinkle green sanding sugar over the top.
  5. Crown with a bright maraschino cherry.
  6. Add crushed Oreos to the blender in the last few seconds for an Oreo-infused shake.

Notes

Chill serving glasses before use and stir if made ahead of time before serving.
