Description
Delicious and tender steak tips cooked in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce using a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of steak tips
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak tips with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Place the steak tips in the slow cooker and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
- Once cooked, remove the steak tips and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Stir the slurry into the sauce in the slow cooker and cook on high for an additional 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the steak tips to the slow cooker and coat them in the thickened sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
