- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place the steak tips in the slow cooker and pour the honey mixture over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir it into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve the steak tips with the sauce over rice or vegetables.
