Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Place the steak tips in the slow cooker and pour the honey mixture over them.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
  4. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir it into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
