Description

Tender pork chops simmered in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a comforting family meal or special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup garlic Parmesan sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the pork chops to the slow cooker.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic Parmesan sauce and chicken broth; pour over the pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  6. Serve the pork chops drizzled with the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Make the sauce ahead of time for enhanced flavors. Avoid overcrowding the slow cooker for best results.
