- Butter and cocoa powder for greasing ramekins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter, then dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the flour until just combined.
- Divide half of the batter among the prepared ramekins.
- Add a spoonful of strawberry purée to the center of each ramekin, then top with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the centers are soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto a plate and serve with extra strawberry purée.
