Description

A delightful dish featuring tender chicken breasts stuffed with creamy goat cheese and fresh spinach, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice each chicken breast down the middle, creating a pocket.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese and fresh spinach until well-mixed and creamy.
  4. Generously stuff the pocket of each chicken breast with the goat cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Brush the outside of the stuffed chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
