  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella cheese sticks in half if desired.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each cheese stick in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the breaded cheese sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
